普通線

給定點的排列，一條 線 如果只包含其中兩點，則稱為普通線。狄拉克 (Dirac) (1951) 推測，每個足夠大的 n 非共線點集至少包含 n/2 條普通線 (Borwein 和 Bailey 2003, p. 18)。

Csima 和 Sawyer (1993) 證明，對於 n>=3 點的排列，至少 6n/13 條線必須是普通的。對於狄拉克的猜想，只知道兩個例外：Kelly-Moser 配置（7 個點，3 條普通線；參見 法諾平面）和 McKee 配置（13 個點，6 條普通線）。

OrdinaryLineFinschiFukuda

Silva 和 Fukuda 推測，對於任意非共線、均勻分佈、線可分的雙色點排列，至少存在一條雙色普通線。Finschi 和 Fukuda 在一項包含 15296266 種不同配置的研究中發現了一個獨特的九點反例 (Malkevitch)。
