萊布尼茨恆等式

乘積法則的推廣，用於表達函式乘積的任意階導數，

(d^n)/(dx^n)(uv)=(d^nu)/(dx^n)v+(n; 1)(d^(n-1)u)/(dx^(n-1))(dv)/(dx)+...+(n; r)(d^(n-r)u)/(dx^(n-r))(d^rv)/(dx^r)+...+u(d^nv)/(dx^n).

其中 (n; k) 是一個 二項式係數。 這也可以顯式地寫成

D^~^nf(t)g(t)=sum_(k=0)^n(n; k)D^~^kf(t)D^~^(n-k)g(t)

(Roman 1980), 其中 D^~ 是 微分運算元。
